Our Recruitment Services

Crafnant HR offer a complete recruitment project management service. We can manage your onboarding from start to finish, ensuring you only deal with those candidates that are closely matched to your needs.

Our service includes:

  • Role and person details – we work with you to develop and produce accurate descriptions of the role and the recruit. These role and person briefs are vital in getting the right person.
  • Vacancy Posting– we advise you on the most appropriate job boards and media for your particular vacancy. We then make all the arrangements for posting the adverts.*
  • Selection and Interview – we provide you a short-list of candidates and advising on psychometrics or other tests, if apprpropriate. We than arrange interviews and provide fair and focused interview questions. These are your key tool in helping you to make an informed recruitment decision.
  • Offers & Regrets – we will make offers on your behalf, as well as informing unsuccessful candidates.

*Please note that using multiple job boards or specific high-value advertising may incur additional charges. We will always discuss and agreed this with you before the process begins.

Recruitment Packages

Crafnant HR offers three different packages to suit different levels of vacancy:

Bronze

Ideal for more junior, unskilled or first-time roles with salaries up to £25k. For technical or professional roles with salaries from £25k – £50k. For more senior roles with salaries of £50k+
Cost £1,500 + VAT per placement. Cost £2,750 + VAT per placement. Cost £5,000 + VAT per placement.

For all packages, we make an initial charge to cover our time and advertising costs. On successful placement, we then reimburse this cost against the pre-agreed placement fee.
