Tracy Madgwick
Crafnant HR Director and Owner
Tracy is a seasoned HR professional who has held a number of senior HR roles in both the private and third sector. She currently provides HR support to SMEs who have no in-house support as well as providing additional capacity for existing HR teams in larger organisations.
Tracy is able to offer the full range of HR support to organisations from advice on managing tricky staffing situations through to reviewing contracts of employment and staff handbooks. Her particular areas of focus are running management and personal development workshops for existing and aspiring line managers and supervisors. Many of our clients prefer that we run these sessions remotely in short bite-sized chunks using Zoom but Tracy is very happy to chat to clients about running workshops on site if needed.
Tracy is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and abides by the CIPD Code of Practice.
Shelley Poole
Shelley Poole is an established HR Consultant who works with Crafnant HR on an associate basis. She has broad ranging HR experience gained from a range of sectors. Shelley’s skills include managing employee relations matters (such as disciplinary and grievance cases), developing bespoke HR documents, and leading HR projects (such as restructuring).
Shelley also has substantial experience as a lecturer specialising in teaching management and HR, and is Chair of the West of England branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Nicola Ford
Nicola has supported organisations with their HR for the last 20 years. With experience of working across a range of industries and sectors, she has valuable experience in helping resolve people related problems. Whether it’s ensuring that an organisation has the correct employment documentation or perhaps it’s a restructure, a TUPE transfer or a complex case, Nicola is on hand to deliver a personal and supportive service throughout.
Rachel Walker
Many of Rachel’s roles have involved providing HR advice in operational and customer-facing environments, where quick and effective solutions to people issues are important for business performance. She has successfully worked with organisations to establish their key people objectives and work in partnership to achieve these, by providing coaching support.
Rachel has MCIPD status as well as a master’s degree in human resource management. Her specialist knowledge includes employee relations, engagement, working with trade unions, organisational and cultural change, as well as diversity and inclusion.
With 20 years’ experience working in different sectors, Rachel has a true understanding of how HR practices can vary depending on organisational needs.
Sarah Divina
Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in administration and customer service roles within various sectors. She works to a high level of professionalism whilst bringing a personal approach when communicating with colleagues and clients, to provide support for the Crafnant HR team.
